Skills Assessments Required for all players

BRING YOUR COMPLETED MEDICAL RELEASE FORM. No player is permitted from stepping on the field without a medical release turned in.

Players will need to bring their completed and signed medical release, check in at the snack bar and be assigned a number. No player will be evaluated without checking in and having a number. Players should come prepared with a glove, helmet, and running shoes/cleats. If your player needs gear, we may be able to help, please let us know by emailing trivalleylittleleague2020@gmail.com.
