Our Annual Meeting of the Members is Tuesday August 27th, 2024, at 7:00pm. Meeting will be held at First Christian Church 56284 Buena Vista Drive, Yucca Valley CA 92284. You are considered a member if you are a current Board Member, Volunteer, Manager, Coach, Team Mom, etc. If you have a background check on record, you can vote! If you are a parent or spectator and wish to become a member and have a voice, there is a $5 membership fee to receive a ballot to fill out. This fee and application must be received 30 days prior to date of election (due by July 26th,2024).

If you would like to be on the ballot for next season, please send your name and phone number to our current secretary Hannah Wise at [email protected] or trivalleylittleleague2020@gmail.com by August 17th, 2024, 7:00pm. 

We must have enough members at this meeting to meet the Little League International quorum minimum to vote that evening, but if you absolutely cannot make it, you can fill out an absentee ballot prior to the meeting. Absentee ballots may be requested and MUST be returned by Tuesday August 27th, 2024, at 6:00PM in a sealed envelope to our current Secretary, Hannah Wise, to be considered in the count.  

We have many positions available and need them filled. As soon as everyone is present at the meeting, votes will be counted. You will know that evening if you have been voted on the board for the 2025 season.  

A meeting will be scheduled within 2 weeks of the vote to then vote/assign positions within the voted-on Board of Directors. If there are any positions, then that still need to be filled, new members can be voted on by the Board of Directors.
