The Board of Directors is made of volunteers who dedicate countless hours to making sure the league remains active and kids can play baseball and softball. Board members are elected annually and in some cases appointed to manage the property and affairs of Tri-Valley Little League. Tri-Valley Little League, Inc, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation.
The fiscal year and board terms begin Oct 1 and end Sept 30.

Any adult person actively interested in furthering the objectives of the Local League may become a Regular Member. Only Regular Members in good standing are eligible to vote at General Membership Meetings. There are two ways to become a member. First by upon successful application, payment of dues, and approval of the board as hereinafter provided. Regular Members may be issued a card numbered in sequential order annually. The secretary shall maintain the roll of membership to qualify voting members. All Officers, Board Members, Committee Members, Managers, Coaches, Volunteer Umpires and other elected or appointed officials must be active Regular Members in good standing.
Regular Members of the Local League automatically include all current approved volunteers including managers, coaches, volunteer umpires, board members, team parents, and any other person who is recognized by the Board as a volunteer, has completed the volunteer application, completed the background check, and has been approved by the Local League board.
By completing a membership application, payment of the $5.00 membership fee, and board approval, you will become a Regular Member and will qualify to vote at the Annual Member Meetings and Board Election to be held on August 25, 2026. You must join and be approved atleast 30 days prior to the election. Although nothing is formally required of you except this application and payment of the $5.00 membership fee, we encourage you to be an active member by completing the volunteer application and background check. This will allow you to assist directly with the league as a team parent, umpire, coach, concessions, etc.
Only members can vote in the election. If you cannot attend the annual meeting in person, you can request an absentee ballot, please email the Secretary Tatiana Miranda prior to the election. Ballots must signed and returned to the secretary prior to the election.
